Mr. LV Sinnathamby
Mr. LV Sinnathamby holds a revered place in the history of Al-Ashraq National MMV as the visionary founder and first principal of the school. In 1946, during a time when educational opportunities were limited, Mr. Sinnathamby recognized the dire need for a dedicated institution that could provide quality education to the children of Nintavur and its surrounding areas.
With determination and foresight, Mr. Sinnathamby established the school, then known as the "Junior English School," in a modest thatched hut near the Ninthavur Jummah Mosque. Despite the challenges of limited resources and facilities, he remained undeterred in his mission to create a space where young minds could flourish.
From 1946 to 1947, Mr. Sinnathamby managed the school with unwavering dedication, laying the strong foundation on which the institution would build its future success. As the first principal, he set high standards for academic excellence and instilled a sense of purpose and discipline in both the staff and students. His leadership during these formative years was instrumental in shaping the school's identity and direction.
