- Students must arrive at school by 7:15 AM. This ensures adequate preparation time and a punctual start to the school day. Classrooms and designated areas should be cleaned and organized by 7:30 AM, with responsibilities assigned to teachers and student leaders to oversee this process.
- Entry to the school premises before 6:45 AM is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
- Students must proceed to their designated meeting places promptly when the school bell rings. This practice helps maintain order and ensures a timely start to daily activities.
- During morning religious ceremonies, the national anthem, school anthem, and evening stanzas, all students, teachers, and staff are expected to participate respectfully and actively. This reflects our collective commitment to tradition and unity.
- Classroom Presence: Students are required to remain in their assigned classrooms throughout the school day unless granted permission to move to another area. This policy promotes focus and minimizes disruptions.
- At the end of each lesson, students should quietly prepare for the next subject. If a teacher does not arrive within 10 minutes of the period’s start, the class leader or subject leader should notify the teacher in charge of the section.
- When moving to and from group subjects, students must line up in an orderly fashion. Teachers will maintain a list of students assigned to each subject, and any discrepancies should be reported to the class teacher.
- For students attending group subjects during the final period of the day, it is required to sing the designated stanzas before leaving the school. This ensures a cohesive conclusion to the school day.
- Any issues or concerns should initially be reported to the class teacher. If the class teacher is unavailable, the matter should be escalated to the section or subject teacher.
- Teachers are responsible for using textbooks that have been previously checked for errors. If a textbook contains more than three errors, it should be referred to the section teacher. At the end of the academic year, textbooks must be handed over to the next class teacher for review during the certificate issuance process.
- Contact with outsiders during school hours is not permitted to ensure security and focus.
- The possession of photographs, non-educational articles, mobile phones, CDs, and other non-school-related items is strictly forbidden. Such items, if found, will not be returned until an official resignation from the school has been processed.
- Participation in sports training during school hours requires prior permission. Sportswear should be worn only on the playground and not within other areas of the school.
- Students must return to their classrooms promptly after breaks to avoid disruptions and ensure a smooth transition between lessons.
- It is essential to protect and properly maintain school and classroom equipment. After use, items such as brooms should be returned to their designated storage areas. The class teacher is responsible for overseeing this procedure to ensure cleanliness and order.
- If a student is absent for more than two days, parents must inform the class teacher directly. For absences not exceeding three days, guardians should visit the school to notify the class teacher in person.
