Top Achievement at Provincial Chess Championship

Al-Ashraq National School, Ninthavur, proudly announces that our Under-20 Chess Team has secured the silver medal and will compete at the national level. Alhamdulillah!

The Eastern Province Inter-School Provincial Chess Championships were held from July 27 to 29, 2024, at St. Joseph's College, Trincomalee. Our Under-20 Chess Team's performance, strategic acumen,

and determination have earned them this accolade, bringing immense pride to our school.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Al-Ashraq Chess Team for their remarkable achievement. This success reflects their hard work, dedication, and strategic brilliance in chess.

We are grateful to the Deputy Principals and the chess coordinators, Mr. MMM. Haazik and Mr. MA. Hijas Anver, for their support, planning, and guidance. Their commitment to nurturing young talent has been key to our team's success.
